Do you want to make a difference in your community? Good Samaritan Clinic, a Free and Charitable Clinic serving uninsured and underserved individuals, is looking for a caring and detail-oriented Enroller to join our team.
As the Enroller, you’ll often be the very first person our patients meet. You’ll welcome them with compassion, guide them through the enrollment process, ensure eligibility, and connect them with the care and resources they need. This role is key to helping patients overcome barriers to healthcare and feel supported from the very start.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients warmly and assist with the enrollment process.
Help patients complete applications and gather necessary documents.
Accurately enter patient information into our database.
Provide information about clinic programs and community resources.
Collaborate with interpreters, patient care coordinator, and clinic staff to meet patient needs.
Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in healthcare, social services, or community outreach is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to serving a diverse community.
